Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are determined by the specific order and shipping method. Completing the order constitutes your agreement to the displayed shipping cost. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to you by Mountain Pet Supply, or a replacement item will be shipped. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, Mountain Pet Supply will not be held responsible.
If an item is returned within 30 days of purchase in it's original packaging and condition, you are entitled to a refund of the item returned, minus the shipping price. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. You must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Mountain Pet Supply and you are unsatisfied, Mountain Pet Supply is not responsible for refund. All exchanges and refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
